Hi. Don't do hotel management course. Do course in Culinary arts when your very sure you wanna be chef why do you want to earn all the core departments. B.Sc (Medical/Non-Medical)/Home Science/Physical Education & Sports Science with a minimum of 55% marks. So, you are eligible for this course.

No, there is no free platform to earn a degree. You can however get admission in a college and apply for Scholarship. Also, there is no course completely online. You can study online but you will have to give paper on a center. Try IGNOU. Contact them and they will guide you better.
