Hi Bhuvan,
You are eligible to apply. Looking at your marks I think there's a good chance that you might get a seat. Dropping year is part of life. Not a problem at all.
Don't think too much and apply, the process has been started.
Go to the college website and do the rest.
If you have any further queries, feel free to ask.
All the best.

Admission will start after the cbse 12th results and they will set the cutoff according to the colleges and categories . After releasing Cutoffs either you can apply through online or by visiting campuses . And the eligibility is that you should pass the 12th board by Science stream in PCB stream with minimum 50 percent marks. Note if you have both biology and maths in 12th then maths score will not be counted in minimum percentage . All the best.

No, your percentage is too low so you won't get any seat for B.Sc(Hons.) Try for some other courses. The cutoff is hardly 75 so your percentage is too low. You don't even have 1st division so not a chance. Nowadays, 60% for honors is mandatory, so I recommend you to give improvement of 12th and score high percentage so that you can get a seat in some good college and with your own subject selection or go for entrance test so that the percentage doesn't matter.
Good Luck.
