Considering you as a general category, if your overall 12th marks are below 60% but your aggregate PCM marks are above 60% (along with individual pass marks in each subject) then it doesn't matter since the eligibility criteria for Jadavpur University depend upon your PCM marks and pass marks in English.

Admission will start after the cbse 12th results and they will set the cutoff according to the colleges and categories . After releasing Cutoffs either you can apply through online or by visiting campuses . And the eligibility is that you should pass the 12th board by Science stream in PCB stream with minimum 50 percent marks.
