Yes, you can do B.Sc in Human Resource Management, but eligibility varies from university to university. Many universities may require a minimum of 50% with maths/ commerce in class 12th. You can also make a career in HR by pursuing graduation in BSW BA ( correct combination), BBA BA LLB.Sc LL.B. Best wishes.

You should go for MBA HR. Because, HR is a specialization, which is required in every sector, and if you choose MBA Hospital management, then you are restricting your field, then you will be only focused on hospital management only. This is what I think. So, you should first search everything properly then take some decision.
