We can't compare the two both are well ranked in karnataka and india. It depends on your performance which will help you get placed but as per opinion I would prefer you REVA as the companies which are linked with it for placements are good. Reva University the highest package stood at Rs. 50 LPA. For admission to BSc courses, candidate should have passed two-year PU exam conducted by the Karnataka PU Education Board or equivalent. For BSc in Design stream, candidates who have studied two years Job Oriented Courses conducted by the Board of Vocational Education of any state government or any other examination are also eligible. Aspirants also have to present the official documents with them for verification purposes.
