Hi,
The GRE and TOEFL must be taken. Also, you must check if a 3-year B.Sc will be accepted or not, in the latter case a WES evaluation will be required.

Hi Mahendra,
It will depend on your profile, budget and the country. it is a good practice to complete your B.Sc here with very good grades and then enroll into a MS program abroad. Many universities requires or allow students to complete their Ph.D after MS. The final decision will be yours. If you have can maintain your academics and finance you can go anytime you want. Also, check that the university you apply to is a reputed one. Check with the university about student visa extensions and career assistance they would be providing. Speak with your family and well-versed professors too.

Hi, which course you should pursue is something you must decide and know. If you need better guidance please elaborate your subjects as non-medical is a very generic term and does not imply anything. Also, mention your interests.
