Admission to the B.Sc. programme at IISE.R Tirupati, also known as the BS-MS Dual Degree program, is a competitive process: Through JEE Advanced; Candidates must have appeared for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced and secured a qualifying rank. The exact cut-off rank varies each year, but it generally falls within the top 15,000 ranks for the general category. After the JEE Advanced results are declared, candidates need to register for the online counselling process conducted by the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs). Durring the counselling process, candidates can choose IISER Tirupati and other IISERs based on their rank and preference. Se,lection will be based on a combination of the candidate's JEE Advanced rank, marks obtained in class 12, and performance in the counselling process. 2. Through IISER Aptitude Test (.IAT), the IISER Aptitude Test (IA.T) is a centralized entrance exam specifically designed for admission to IISERs;  It assesses a candidate's aptitude and problem-solving skills in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. The IAT is typically held in June each year. Candidates can register for the IAT online through the official website of the IAT.  .Selection for admission through IAT will be based on the candidate's IAT score and marks obtained in class 1 2. 3. Through KV.PY Fellowship, Students who are awarded a fellowship; through the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVP.Y) exam r eligible for direct admission to the BS-MS programe at IISER Tirupati.The KVPY fellowship is a prestigious national-level scholarship exam for students interested in pursuing careers in science.
