Under NEP-2020, students of the B.Sc. Bio group may even opt for subjects of the B.Sc. Maths group, thus allowing inter-disciplinarity in education. The policy allows flexibility where students would be allowed to mix and match subjects across streams. Students who have completed their Class 12 from Science stream with PCM or PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology) subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate score from a recognised board are eligible to pursue BSc Mathematics.
