After the completion of B.Sc mathematics you can join courses like MCA, M.Sc, IT, actuarial sciences, MBA or M.Sc in mathematics. Career opportunities can include jobs at financial companies, software developers, marketers and bankers; everyone wants a good mathematician. Data analytics, a field which is the talk of town, often needs people who are good with numbers and understand data. With excellent mathematical abilities, you might just be picked up by political or military intelligence bodies to work as a cryptanalyst who deciphers encrypted messages.

For admission in B.Sc. Maths in DU, scores of best 4 subjects are taken into consideration in which it should include PCM and one language. Keep a tab on the list of cutoffs that come out for every college. Ideally, anything above 90% should be required to get admission in a good college.
