You should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in graduation and you have to clear JAM, on the basis merit you can get IITs.

For B.Sc Maths Hons in DU, they will compulsively look at your best 4 subject aggregate
These 4 subjects include maths and English compulsively with any 2 other subjects mentioned in their list.

Compulsory Subjects in 10+2: Mathematics
Aggregate Calculation: Mathematics and any of the other 3 subjects
Marks required for application: Aggregate 60% & 60% in Mathematics
2. Selection
On the basis of index calculated with the board marks in +2 level.
