BCA is about computers and B.Sc is a science/maths area that you already know. If you want to go for a job related to computers like development or hardware, this is the field for you. Still, to get good jobs after BCA, you will need to go for higher studies like MCA. Same with B.Sc though but doing a B.Ed after B.Sc maths can make you eligible for a teaching job with government as well.

Yes, after 12th PCM, you can pursue B.Sc in maths. The admission will depend on the cut-off released by the university. If you meet the criteria, you will get admission in DU.
