Before choosing any program, you can check the online program named as Shark Tank and Vault, which will give you knowledge and steps to become an entrepreneur and skills and understanding too.
With your education background and stream, you can choose the field, and even check your caliber and interest. Even, you can think of MBA from top B-school and every B-school have incubator facility through that you generate your idea and develop into action plan.
All the best.

1) In which stream you were doing B. Tech which you dropped and how many semesters have you completed.
2) Give full details about your profile year wise.
3) Is your B.Sc in maths (regular). Does it give any computer related course?
4) Do you have some computer related certifications?
Looking forward for a reply.
Thanks.
All these questions must be kept in mind as getting the OL might be possible. But getting the visa will be difficult.
