No, you can't get on the basis of class 10th, you have passed class 12th with more than 90% to get this.

B.Sc Microbiology is an upcoming course. You have lot of options after this course. You can do M.Sc. Or Ph.D. also after this and go in for some research. You can apply abroad also as microbiologist are in great demand these days outside India also.
