Yes, you can. Just make sure that you have deep interest and you join a good college. Some of the colleges are National Institute of Design, Frameboxx Animation and Visual Effects, Amity University. Keep a track of the application forms of the same.

I won't suggest you to leave any course in the middle because it will affect your education and it also will have a bar affect on your education profile thus its better to wait until you complete it and then apply for jobs.

The basic eligibility is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board. So, if you have to clear your 10+2 from a recognized board, you are eligible to apply for the exam.
