Admission is through counselling based on the percentile obtained in JIPMER Common Entrance Examination (JIPMER CEE) conducted by Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research. Eligibility : 50% marks in 12th
Mandatory Subjects Chemistry Physics English Biology / Botany, Zoology

Candidates who are interested in taking admission in B.Sc. In Optometry from optometry colleges in Kerala should have passing Certificate of 10+2 or equivalent exam with minimum 50% marks. Physics, Biology and Chemistry should be major subjects in 10+2.

Once you have decided which college you want to get into, check if you fulfill the eligibility criteria for that college. Let's take an example of MS Ramaiah college of allied health sciences here.
