It depends on your personal interests and choice. Though B.Tech has more job opportunities, B.Sc physics graduates also earn a good salary. Whatever course you choose, it should be of your interest.

After completing a Bachelor's degree in Science, you can either go for higher studies or you can try for any job. You have many higher studies options like B.Ed M.Sc.
