You can prepare for IIT JEE and other engineering exams simultaneously. If you get selected next year and get admission in any reputed institute then you can drop your B.Sc and go for B.Tech. Otherwise other option is to complete B.Sc and then M.Sc. After that you can pursue M.Tech.

To be considered for application you must take the GRE and TOEFL. Apart from these exams you must have a very strong all-rounded profile, excellent academic grades in your Bachelor's degree, outstanding project work and research work, if you have publications it's very good, a good number of extracurricular activities are also seemed. Yes Sanjeev, since you have done B.Sc and B.Ed both, you are eligible for CTET and state TETs (of whichever state you are eligible to appear in).
For KVS, you'll be eligible for the post of PGT and PRT teacher, once you qualify the CTET exam.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc Physics after completing B.Sc Physics and Chemistry.
If you completed your graduation with minimum 55%, then you have a great opportunity to get admission in IITs and IISc for M.Sc, IIT JAM in 2018.
