Noida International University is visited by top companies, namely Max Healthcare, SpiceJet, HDFC Bank, Just Dial, and others. 95 percent was the placement percentage in 2022. The average package offered in 2022 was INR 5 LPA. The B.Sc. Nursing placements were also very good last year.

B.Sc (Hons) (Computer Science) have more scope than B.Sc (Hons) (Mathematics). Job opportunities are more in CS than Mathematics. Also final year mathematics is quite tough compare to final year of B.Sc (CS)
