Yes, you can do MBBS after B.Sc Nursing, but firstly, you have to clear NEET as it compulsory.

Yes, you can. You need to pass class 12th before pursuing graduation. NSOU is an UGC approved state university. You will be eligible for all government jobs.

It would be better, if you appear after B.Sc, because then your 2 years would be saved, as it requires only a Bachelor's degree. With this strategy, you will get more time for preparation, and hence there are better chances of you cracking it.
