10+2 is the minimum educational requirement for any candidate who is looking to be a cabin crew. B.Sc. In hotel management will be an additional educational qualification but that is not going to add any additional preference to your selection. You may look for grooming classes / sessions conducted by various aviation academies and learn some foreign language which will help you to get an edge over others.

Biotech has a huge scope next to chemistry in India in life sciences. If you know the basic concepts of BCA you can go for MCA. It will be difficult initially but a lot of students are doing like that. They are also having good output from it.

B.Sc Computer Science is not equivalent to B.Tech because, in B.Tech, you study more subjects than B.Sc. But you can still get a job on what you have studied.
