Yes, you can pursue career in law after B.Sc. Please check for your eligibility to apply for admission to M.Sc in Botany from the criteria mentioned below:

M.Sc in physics is better for you:
I would suggest you to start your career as a B.Sc Graduate, then go for any reputed universities (JNU, DU, BHU, and Madras University) instead of choosing a dual M.Sc degree. USA has a very good scope for animators and visual effects professionals but getting a job is the tricky part. They have very strict work permit schemes and H1B policies are getting tougher. If you want to select teaching as an option, you can go for Ph.D. or B.Ed. One more options is management courses like you can go for hospital management and related to that. All these jobs are high paying jobs.
