Most of the abroad colleges/universities accept GMAT with at least two years of work experience. But, there are some good colleges that give admission without any work experience.

You can directly go in for an MBA course instead of M.Sc and then MBA.
Work experience will be an advantage in your career. However, you can do an MBA course as a fresher too.
