You must look for field of robotics with Artificial Intelligence, its a growing field. You can go for GRE and look to pursue robotics from any foreign university. In India scope is very less, in India IITs, IISC, ISRO, IIST will have some courses related to robotics. But its better to pursue this field in foreign university.

The general eligibility criteria is 10+2 passed from a recognised board with PCM subjects or passed valid (and relevant) 3 years long Diploma course from a recognised institute.
But it has been noticed that eligibility criteria may vary from one institute to another. But reputed institutes stick to the criteria that has been mentioned above.
Reputed institutes rely on merit based admission process. Marks scored by students in 10+2 board exam and/or relevant entrance test is taken into consideration. Based on the marks scores, a merit list is formed.

The Aviation sector has been providing numerous job opportunities to graduates in India. In the past, in case of India, there werent many courses that focused on the aviation sector and groomed students to take on roles in that sector. Of course, but for that, you will have to do a lot of higher education, which means a post-graduation degree followed by research job in any premier forest and wildlife research institutes of India like FRI, TFRI , NCBS etc.
