Yes, you can. You need to qualify the entrance test of the college in which you want to take admission. At the time of admission, you need to present the portfolio which you have prepared.

Biotech is very niche field and has very specific jobs with decent salary. B.Sc is decent but doesn't pay high salaries. B.Tech is highly technical into engineering and offers streams like mechanical, IT, Electronic and telecommunication, Metallurgy, Civil, etc. with high salaries if done from top colleges.

With B.Sc, you can get job in only small and medium IT companies as junior developer or tester at lower salary. MCA, B.Tech with CS or M.Sc with CS are standard educational qualification for entry into top IT companies. Unless you have personal reasons, you are advised to do MCA or M.Sc CS before taking up a job. If you want to be a systems developer then do M.Sc else do MCA.

Both MCA and MCA are equally good options for B.Sc graduates. If you want to be a systems developer then opt for M.Sc and if you want to be an App developer then opt for MCA. Job opportunities for App development are more in comparison to system development in India. Lot of universities offer MCA through distance learning mode.

It is a good idea, but you have done B.Sc in physics, then you have lot of scope. You can go for M.Sc and explore the world with the knowledge of physics.
Best of luck.
