your graduation has nothing to do with your MBA. you should choose it in the basis of your interest, reputation of the institute and placement. if you do MBA or PGDM from institute like IIM, FM'S, IRMA, IIFT both programmes have equal opportunity and well.paid salary

There are so many opportunities for the people who completed B.Sc computer science in IT sector. You can apply for software jobs because you have learned about working and operations in software. If you are interested in doing higher studies then go for M.Sc computer science and it will help you to gain more knowledge in the domain you will work for. You can apply for a job in MNC's with B.Sc computer science degree but you should posses minimum criteria of the company you are going to apply.

For the networking profile there are very less number of openings in the industry especially for freshers, few openings are there but that too for the experienced candidates. You can go for CS/IT branch.

You can open your pathology lab after doing MLT course. You can also do specialization in a specific branch like radiology to get a good job in reputed hospitals.

No, you cannot pursue an M.Tech degree directly after B.Sc. You should get a M.Sc degree first before applying for M.Tech.
