biotechnology is hugely demanded in forensic these days . its also an option to go for a good future having handsome salaries right in beginning
also biotechnology is doing excellent job in research works u can also go for research including GMO(s)
again agriculture is a good option

You can not do MTech after BSc IT. For doing MTech you are required to be BTech / MSc IT / MCA.
