Please write about the college name for better response. However you can do the B.Tech Lateral after the B.Sc. PSM. Most of the colleges are offering the B.Tech lateral on the basis of Diploma or B.Sc. Degree. The few colleges are listed below.

Surely you can go for Masters after successful completion of B.Sc. With 55% or more. But there are few universities where students from different graduation stream cannons opt for master in arts.
