After B.Sc, the position you will get in jobs will have very less payable amount and position is also not so well so at least you have M.Sc. Degree for applying good positions in chemical companies (like R&D) but also without a Ph.D. you increment to higher officials is not that much easy so if you want to go to an industry you have to do a Ph.D. otherwise you have different PSU after the completing the M.Sc. No, as per the regulations of the Medical Council of India (MCI), admission to MBBS programme in India can only be granted through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). This applies to all candidates, regardless of their previous degrees or qualifications. Therefore, any college in India offering admission to MBBS without NEET would be in violation of the MCI regulations and the admissions would not be valid or recognised by the MCI.
