You can go forward with your M.Sc, because it might be necessary. After that look out for jobs or else go on with a Ph.D. If you do not want to do M.Sc. Then you can opt for a MBA.

Yes, you can do AMIE after completing your B.Sc degree in electronics from the above said college. There is no problem in that but you should have at least 60 percent marks to be on the safe side.
