No, you cannot open a clinic as an independent practicioner upon BSc Nursing course completion. As proper licensing, certifications, and further education is required. Additionally, compliane with legal and reglatory requirements set by healthcare authorities in the respective country or region is also crucial for the same. After completing BSc Nursing from GNSU, you should first do proper research about the regulations of opening a clinic and the legalities.
