No, candidates are not allowed to join BSc courses through direct admission. For admission to BSc courses, candidates must complete their Class 12 from the Science stream (PCB/ M) and must secure at least an aggregate of 45%. Admission is based on merit, evaluated on the basis of Class 12 scores, and each specialisation of BSc courses has limited seats. Therefore, students with the highest and best scores can only get a seat. Additionally, for admission to some BSc specialisations, the university also accepts the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya entrance test scores.

CT Group of Institutions accepts the NCHMCT JEE exam, as the entrance to the BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration programme. Candidates are selected for the BSc in HHA programme based on valid scores in the entrance exam. However, the candidates have to register for NCHMCT JEE invariably and prepare accordingly, as admission depends upon the performance in that test.
