The university provide placements support to the students. As per its NIRF report 2024, out of 76 students, 29 UG (four-year) students were placed in the 2023 placements drive. Moreover, the median package offered to UG (four-year) agriculture students stood at INR 3.50 LPA. The mentioned salary package can be applicable to other courses as well (apart from BSc). The first year of the UG course is divided into two semesters. There is a proper syllabus in place for each course semester with theory and practical subjects. A credit and marks are also attached with each subjects. According to the information provided by KIT Kanpur's academic counsellor, admissions for the BSc batch 2025 will open in January 2025. To stay informed, candidates are advised to regularly check the institute's official website. Candidates must note that the information received from the academic counsellor is based on the telephone conversation. One should not completely rely on that.
