Yes, candidates can do BSc in JSS Mysore Medical College without appearing for the NEET exam. As per the official website admission to the BSc course Admission to the BSc course is subject to a valid score in the last qualifying exam. Candidates are shortlisted for final admission based on the merit marks secured in qualifying examinations in relevant subjects. The university releases a provisional merit List/ result based on the exam performance. Seat will be allotted to the eligible candidates, subject to pass in interview as per JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research policy.

As per the official website of JSS Medical College admission to the BSc course is subject to a valid score in last qualifying exam. Candidates are required Higher Secondary Certificate Examination 10+2 / PUC II / HSC or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or any other examination equivalent to 10+2/ HSC examination of any recognised Board / University from any School / Colleges in India / Abroad after 12 years of study. The last two years of study shall comprise of Physics, Chemistry &Biology (PCB) and must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate taken together in (PCB).

Candidates must first register with all the required details on the official website of JSS Medical College JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research Mysore.
