For you to have a NEET score of 227 and AIR 865613 there is very little chance that you can get an admission into government college for Bsc Nursing. For government colleges the NEET cutoff is much higher varying slightly from 300-500 for the general and up to 250-400 for the SC/ST/OBC. Percentage in your 12th standard is also acceptable here but do not consider it crucial for the admissions. There are merely 2500 to 3000 seats for Bsc Nursing offered by government college in India.
