The candidate must have passed B.Sc. (Hons) Anthropology with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised university. I'm gonna answer the part about IISER. After completing your B.Sc, you could pursue an integrated M.Sc-PhD at any IISER (though the amount of people selected is pretty low compared to BS-MS dual degree). You could also try out Ph.D. after you get your Masters. Then you would have to sit through an exam and interview.

Yes, you can get into DU for your preferred course through entrance exam. I am not familiar with the cutoffs for entrance exam. Zoology cutoff of Hindu college reaches 94% for general and not less than 83% for SC/ST. So, it is not possible to get Zoology with 54.33% marks.
