Hello Romil!No, you cannot pursue an M.Sc in Food Science and Technology with a B.Sc in Zoology. The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology is:"Candidate must have completed B.Sc. /B.Tech. in Food Science /Nutrition /Food Technology/Food Engineering and it's related subjects from any recognised University/Institute."So, B.Sc in Zoology will not be able to make you eligible for an M.Sc in Food Science and Technology. Yes, after taking a nursing course, you can pursue B.Sc zoology. The duration of the course is three years. There are many colleges offering this course. While some of the colleges requires valid scores in entrance exams like NEET, some colleges also offers admission to the course on the basis of the scores obtained in class 12th.
