B.Tech Admission Process

SVKM's Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, Mumbai, doesn't offer B.E./B.Tech programs, but for Diploma courses, required documents include: 10th standard mark sheet (35 percent in aggregate), Passing certificate of SSC of the candidate, Leaving certificate, Birth certificate, Aadhaar card, Domicile certificate for Maharashtra students if any, caste certificate for reserved category candidates if any, income certificate for economically weaker section students if any, physically handicapped certificate if applicable. Also, 5-6 passport sized photographs and photocopies of documents are necessary along with routine documents. Candidates are expected to come with original documents.

During the Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering B.E. / B.Tech application process, documents that are mandatory are as follows:10th Standard Marks Card:- Certificate to verify completion of secondary school.12th Standard Marks Card:- Certificate to confirm an end or passing of higher secondary school course with Physics, Chemistry and MathematicsTransfer Certificate:- Issued by the last institution attended.Migration Certificate:- Actually Required if coming from outside Gujarat.Entrance Exam Score card:- JEE Main or GUJCET Scorecard, whichever is applicable for admission.Caste Certificate: In case one has to claim any reservation benefits, when so issued.Passport-sized Photographs: Usually 4-6 passport sized recent photographs.

These are the standard documents that an applicant is expected to submit during the application of B.E. / B. Tech at SSBT's College of Engineering and Technology (SSBT COET):10+2 Marksheets – Original and attested photocopies of the 12th-grade educational qualification with a Higher Secondary marksheet.Admit Card / Entrance Examination Scorecard – This may include a MHT CET or JEE Main scorecard based on the exam a candidate has taken.Transfer Certificate – A document from the last place of learning attended, regarding oncstudying at that particular institution.Migration Certificate (if needed) – Issued to students accentuating from another state or university.Category Certificate (if needed) – SC, ST, OBC, EWS or some other category certificate for aspirants who apply under the reserved category.Domicile Certificate – For candidates of Maharashtra state, to verify the residence for claiming state quota.Caste Validity Certificate (if needed) – As some candidates belong to such caste, it is necessary to authenticate that they belong to the particular caste.Identity Proof – A valid government ID with a recognized photo such as Aadhar Card or Passport or Voter ID.Passport-sized Photographs – Some recent passport-sized photographs borrowing for documentation purposes.Fee Payment Receipt – In case of application or counseling fee, such a combination of documents containing application or counseling fee receipt is presented.All of the above-mentioned documents are made obligatory for verification during counseling and admissions. It is also recommended to look at the official SSBT COET website or the DTE Maharashtra portal for extra or changes in requirements.
