I think, you should do aeronautical engineering from Guru Gram Institute of Aeronautical Engineering. As this is best of my knowledge and it is better in both options. So, you can go through this. You will get a good car and job opportunities after your degree.

The fees in all professional colleges in Maharashtra are fixed by a committee appointed by Govt Of Maharashtra. The fees here are about Rs.1L per annun. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about fees here even if it pertains to earlier years.

No, it's difficult to give 100 percent placement which is an impossible task. Most of the college which are giving 100 percent placement are the fake ones. Even the IITs are not giving 100% placements.
It's just because of the students. Most companies expect students to have no arrear at present situation. So some of the students may not get placement.
Here at Sathyabama, we are having a placement percent of 95 and an average salary of 4.5 LPA and the highest salary package of 32 LPA. And 3 percent of the students are going abroad for higher studies.

Qualification is 10+2 with minimum 75%, you need to qualify national or state level engineering entrance exams like JEE, BITSAT, MHTCET, VITEEE, etc. to get in a top B.Tech aeronautical engineering college.
