I have no idea about cut off, because ICAR do not reveal marks, they only show your ranks. But I want to share my experience that help you in analyzing the cut off. ICAR UG EXAM 2015:-
NUMBER OF QUES ATTEMPTED =163 OUT OF 180 (60 QUES EACH IN MATHS, PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY)
NUMBER OF RIGHT ANSWER ON WHICH I HAVE FULL CONFIDENCE =approximately 145 TO 150 ( I. e 575 to 600 marks)
RANK I GOT =251 GENERAL CATEGORY, 100 OBC category. I you have any query about counselling procedure, about preparation technique, best college. Then freely message me.

In this field, there are mainly government jobs and hence now a days more and more people are pursuing this course, but this is not the end. Many start-ups are coming up in the field of agriculture and hence, they need someone with this field having a diversified knowledge of agriculture.

Yes, of course, you can go for B.Tech in agriculture after 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics as subjects. Combination of subjects may vary depending on the university.
