These days, admissions are strictly based on entrance exam conducted by the state. Hence, I would advise you to prepare well for the exam of your state and score good marks. Only this will help you in getting admission in the best government college.

The university is doing good in agriculture. It keeps on conducting many events for agriculture on the national and international level.
Admission will be based on your class 12th marks that should be a minimum of 50% in aggregate.
Yes, you have to submit the first instalment of your fee (according to semesters wise) i.e 80,000 per year. You will get to know all the information during the counselling round. Else, visit iul.ac.in for more information.

Scholarships are normally awarded to students who do well in their studies. You should check with your institute if you are eligible for scholarships in your current set-up. Also, visit the official web page of your institute and download their brochure which should be able to tell you details regarding scholarships at your institute.
