CCSHAU Hisar B.Tech Selection Criteria
Candidates have to apply at the Application Portal first. After the declaration of JEE Mains result and on the basis of application, the University will preview all the candidates score card and will prepare the merit list. Based on the Cut off set by the University, if any candidate fails to secure a seat, he/ she has to wait for the later counseling round where the unfilled seats will be displayed.
How to Apply?
Candidates need to visit the Admission Portal of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar first. Register yourself with the portal using valid Email Id and Phone number. Log in using the credential I got through mail. Fill up the form using all the necessary and required details. Put your academic details and related information. Input the passport photo and signature. Pay the application fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. Print Out the receipt and acknowledgement for further reference
Note: Candidates have to pay Rs 500 in order to sit for counseling rounds. If a student gets a seat in their desired department/ course during the counseling, they have to take Admission in order to reserve that.

The starting salary of graduates after this course can start from INR 2.5 Lacs Per Annum. This totally depends upon the college, your skills, experience and job position. Two to three years into one sector, you can earn around INR 4-6 LPA. The salary is higher in case of sales and marketing executives in the private sector because they are usually compensated on the basis of incentives along with basic pay. Hope it helps.

Students of School of Agriculture are placed in Dhanuka, HDFC Bank, Reliance retail, Syngenta, Bio SEED Nestle, Smur Agro, VLCC, Virbac, Amazon, Sanra organics and many more. The package really depends on what he can show to the recruiters that, how much he is worth or deserved. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 1 crore LPA, while many failed to do so. On an average the Agriculture students of LPU is offered and placed in the starting package of 5.5 TO 6 LPA (Fixed salary) while there may be cases of students getting less than that or more than that. Like I said, LPU will provide you the platform and the opportunity, but it is really you who have to go and perform on the platform being provided.
