For B.Tech Biotechnology you need a pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying JEE Mains or any such entrance exam conducted by the university you want to take admission. So even you have not given JEEMains you can check the test of the universities which are these days equally efficient working on the norms of UGC. Check for some such institutions like ANNA, SRM.
