It mainly depends on your interest, but according to me, if you want to start your business in food industry, then you can opt for the food tech, as this field requires less capital in starting as compared to the biotech. But, if you want to do the job then you should opt for the biotech as there is vast scope in the near future.

The first point is of your interest towards subject.
B.Tech biotechnology require 4 years, while B.Sc in biotechnology require 3 years while B.Sc in agriculture requires 4 years.
