While, the exact amount of time required to prepare for the entrance exam for BTech Civil Engg. cannot be said with any certainty, you should start preparing for the same at least 6 to 8 months before the exam date.This will give you enough time to go through the entire exam syllabus, cover a majority of the syllabus, and have time to revise all the important topics. You can increase your chances of getting a good score and rank if you make a timetable and pick up at least one topic every day.
