Hi,In order to take admission in MBA the eligibility criteria needs to be met in LPU.The eligibility is 55% + LPUNEST/CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT+ Interview or Completed Company Secretary (CS) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or Completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Completed Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).Let me share with you interview competencies that are tested as part of MBA interviews in LPU.
The various parameters includes Fluency,Grammatical errors,elaboaration of concept,,Clarity in thought process,Confidence,General Awareness and leadership quality.
In LPU when you sit for an MBA interview there are 2 panelists one from the core domain and the other from soft skills to assess you on speaking skills.Both the panelists will be rating you on the competency and a score will be generated. On the basis of the cut off score only you will considered as qualified or not.

You have asked a very interesting and pertinent question. Foreign companies do recruit students during placements season. However, for a person who is already working, this path is not available. There are really very slim chances for companies from abroad to recruit from India. But then countries like Canada have announced that they will allow immigration of almost 4 Lacs persons every year. You can attempt via this to immigrate and get a job there. Other European countries seek professionals in desired fields to immigrate. My sincere advice would be to approach either embassy of the countries where you want to go or some reputed agencies in the field of providing either immigration or jobs abroad. Best wishes to you.

For B.Tech (Lateral), candidates must have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks for Backward class and PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only), Alternatively for B.Tech (Lateral), candidates with B.Sc. Admission is through counseling conducted by DTE Maharashtra based on marks obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH-CET) or rank obtained in JEE-Mains. The admission for first-year engineering degree courses is done through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). To become eligible for CAP the candidates need to register their application online. Actually I did MBA from Lovely Professional University but I have one friend who has done B.Tech Civil Engineering From LPU.He told me B. Tech in civil engineering course involves so much more than theoretical know-how. Yes, you can go ahead with your desired programme. Yes, It is possible to join B.Tech course after completing B.Sc. Through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering colleges in India. The lateral entry is only given to candidates who have either completed Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. Course. What it means is that you would be given admission in the second year of the Engineering course of your choice which you can select depending on the subject in which you completed your B.Sc. Eligibility Criteria for LEET:
1. Must be graduate in Science stream like B.Sc. With minimum 55% marks.
2. Must have taken mathematics as one of the compulsory subject in B.Sc.
3. Don't have any supply in any semester. B.Sc. (CHEMISTRY).
