If you want to start your MBA immediately in 2018, you should start preparing for the entrance exams accepted by various colleges.
Some of the exams are CAT, XAT, IIFT, NMAT, SNAP, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, ICFIA.

To pursue MBA abroad, you have to give GMAT exams and after clearing it you can apply in foreign universities for MBA. You may have to give TOEFL exam also for some countries.

Yes, it's tough out there in the field, but then women are everywhere and hence why not civil engineering ? There is no issue. You can go for it.

If you are in the first semester of graduation, then you can try to getting anna university by lateral entry.
Check the rules for lateral entry through google.
