CSE is one of the most sought-after programs these days. Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. During IIT Roorkee cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 396 and closing rank was 412 for BTech in CSE course for the General All India category students. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 164 and 1165. Admission to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in IIT Roorkee - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs. 

As of my last update in September 2021, Acharya Engineering College in Pondicherry has been known to have a placement cell that facilitates placement opportunities for its students. Placements for B.Tech CSE graduates can vary based on factors such as the overall performance of the students, the reputation of the college, and the current job market conditions. While there is potential for placements, success ultimately depends on individual skills, efforts, and the support provided by the college's placement cell.
