Among the colleges you asked about I would highly recommend you the Global institutes Amritsar. But still I would like to advise you to please choose Guru Nanak Dev University for doing your B.Tech course.

Central University of Jammu accepts JEE Main scores, followed by JEE Main couselling for admission to the BE/ BTech courses. JEE Main Round 8 was released for Central University of Jammu. The total tuition fee for the BTech CSE course is INR 2 lakh. The BTech CSE course is offered by JNN Institute of Engineering. Anna University BTech admission is based on candidates' performance in the TNEA entrance exam, followed by a counselling round. Candidates must fulfil the basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the BTech course. The criteria is that the candidate must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with PCM with an aggregate of 45% (40% for SC/ ST candidates).

It will be mostly difficult to get admission with that marks.The percentage of marks should be atleast 75% for safe. It will be 72-73 but safe zone would be 75% for general category and for other castes it will go on decrease. Depends on branch in B.Tech also.

There are certain policy of the university for cancellation of admission by a candidate. In case a student opts for withdrawal of admission one day the date of closure of admissions,100% of the fee shall be refunded after deducting Rs. 1,000/- as processing fee.Furthermore, In the case of a withdrawal on the day when admissions are closed, there will be no refund (apart from the security deposit).In the case of cancellation, the entire security deposit must be returned, regardless of when it is withdrawn, but not more than one year following the date of admission.
