The year 2023 cutoff ranks for BTech (Hons.) in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kharagpur other than General category are - 160 for OBC, 92 for SC, 32 for ST, 54 for EWS, 30 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE Advanced, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

MDU-Rohtak and Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology are among the best universities present in India. Both of them offer BTech courses to students in various specialisations. The BTech teaching faculty at MDU-Rohtak and GJUST are good. The universities provide great infrastructure to students for studying Engineering courses. Hence, which one is the best university depends on what the person is looking for in a college or university.As per the NIRF 2023 rankings, MDU Rohtak ranks #96, while GJUST Hisar is in the band of 101-150. For last year, the closing rank for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering was 11547 which is very close to this range. This was for the general category under the All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut-offs keep changing year on year, it's advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission to NIT Jalandhar - Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology.

For last year, the closing rank for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering was 81716 which is very close to this range. This was for the general category under the All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut-offs keep changing year on year, it's advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission to Assam University, Silchar.

The last year’s 2022 cutoff ranks for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering at Assam University, Silchar other than the General category are - 90001 for OBC, 203619 for SC, 291993 for ST, 84354 for EWS, 1823 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut-offs also change a lot depending on the All India quota or Home State. The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 7521 and closing rank was 9480. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 13283 and 13346. Admission to BTech in Computer Science and Engineering in IIIT Lucknow is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
