I would suggest, to buy laptops as per your budget, and minimum it should have 8 GB RAM,1 TB hard disk, a better graphics card and other important hardware. The study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question. I was a student in the B.Tech CSE of the 2012 batch. I would suggest pursuing engineering from LPU, as LPU is known for engineering courses.
